Where I started
Corporate data science. A good salary, a good title, and the slow realisation that the golden handcuffs were still handcuffs. I was optimising models at work and quietly optimising my exit at home.

Then I quit, moved to Dubai, and walked straight into the messy middle — the part nobody posts about. Figuring out income, visas, tax, and identity all at once, with no map and a lot of people back home convinced I'd lost it.
Over 100+ conversations with other nomads, the same patterns kept surfacing. The people who made it had a remote income built before they jumped, a community that normalised the leap, and playbooks for the boring stuff — tax, visas, pricing. The ones who went back almost never failed on money. They failed on isolation.
Every resource I found was American, generic, or both. Nothing spoke to an Indian passport, Indian tax, Indian family dynamics. So I built the room I wish I'd had — small, serious, and specific to people exactly like the person I used to be.
Today I split my time between Gurgaon, Dubai, and wherever the next immersion takes us. Building School of Jack and a handful of other projects, training Muay Thai, and proving the leap was the easy part once you stop doing it alone.
